Shipping: If you are a customer located in the US, UK or Canada, there is no charge for shipping (for prints only). Residents outside these regions will receive a shipping cost as part of the quote for the image. Please allow for a seven business days for printing and shipping from the time of your print order. Framed/matted/canvas order will take longer and I will provide a time estimate and a shipping quote.

Print Sizes: Print size refers to the size of the paper, not the image. Sometimes the aspect ratio of an image differs from the aspect ratio of the paper. Images will be sized to the longest dimension of the paper. For example, a panoramic image will match the longest width of the paper, but it may not fill the height of the paper.

Panoramic Images: If you are interested in a panoramic print, I will provide you with the exact dimensions that the print will be before your order is confirmed.

Paper Finish: Images will be printed on satin/lustre paper by default. If, however, you wish to have them printed with a different finish, please inquire.

Payment Options: Payments can be made by cheque, credit card, paypal, or bank transfer.

Additional Info: The copyright text found on the images of this site will not be included on your print.

Since you have not seen the final print prior to purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your print you can be refunded if the image is returned in new condition within 30 days of receiving it. If prints arrive to you damaged in transit, ship it back to me and it will be replaced. And if you or your framer damages the print, it can be replaced for a nominal fee.
